When Helena’s iconic Guardian of the Gulch fire watch tower ironically burned down, the town rallied to rebuild it. The second tower still stands. In honor of the second tower, Montana’s Gulch Distillers released a second version of their Guardian Gin; Guardian Reserve Gin. A simple combination of five botanicals is infused into a base spirit made from Montana grain. Spending some time in Sauvignon Blanc barrels, the craft gin develops notes of light citrus, lime zest and dried apricot.
