Bee's Knees Merry Cherry

Product Description

Bee's Knees Merry Cherry starts out as a mead made from 80% honey and 20% bing cherries from Big Fork Orchard near Mattawa, Washington. It is then distilled and at that point it is no longer a mead and has become Bee’s Knees. After the distillation process, the Bee's Knees Merry Cherry rests in new white American oak barrels with a medium char for about three months. All of their Bee’s Knees are made from wildflower honey from Washington beehives and fruit grown locally.
