Bee's Knees Plum

Bee's Knees Plum starts out as a mead made from 80% honey and 20% plum. Once they distill it, it is no longer a mead and has become Bee’s Knees. After the distillation process, the Bee's Knees Plum rests in new white American oak barrels with a medium char for about three months. All of their Bee’s Knees are made from wildflower honey from Washington beehives and fruit grown locally.
