1205 Distillery's Four Finger Rye Whiskey is dedicated to their head distiller. He is so committed to the craft that he literally lost a finger while building the distillery. Aged for at least one year in new charred barrels, this is a sweet version of the modern rye whiskey made with a 55% rye mash. It opens with notes of fruit, easing into a soft vanilla finish.
