Inside every bottle of Appalachian Gap Distillery's Aqua Vodka is the spirit of teamwork. Through a partnership with Aqua ViTea, the Aqua Vodka starts its life at Aqua ViTea Kombucha, brewed and steeped with sustainably sourced organic tea. The by-product of the kombucha fermenting process is then sent just down the road to Appalachian Gap. They get to work refining and distilling the by-product until it becomes their Aqua Vodka. A unique, velvety smooth craft spirit.
