Don't be fooled by its age, CJ Spirits' Graveyard Sam's Young Rye Whiskey is a fully developed whiskey. They use locally grown grains and pure Allegheny Mountain Spring Water to make the young whiskey. A mash of rye, corn and malted barley is distilled then aged for at least one year in 25-gallon charred oak barrels. Caramel and a hint of spice welcome you to the youthful rye. Notes of brown sugar, charred oak and black pepper coupled with a long finish and a hint of vanilla prove that this young whiskey is mature beyond its years.
