Small batches aged in single barrels for big flavors. Copper Bottom distills their Gold Rum from raw sugar cane then age it for 18 months in barrels that once aged bourbon. After the long rest, the rum develops a golden amber hue, and whiskey forward notes of oak, vanilla and hints of citrus and spice. There's no added sugar, flavors or colors. Everything that's delicious about Copper Bottom's Gold Rum comes from two things. Sugar cane and bourbon barrels.
