The Kingsport, Tennessee distillery cuts the 140 Fire Moonshine with filtered water. The cutting process brings down the proof, while removing some of the sweetness. With some of the sweet notes subsiding, the award-winning Original Recipe Moonshine heightens and highlights traditional notes of corn and oat from its mash.
