Michigan Woodland Gin

Glacially formed soil and endless greenery surrounds the Iron Fish Distillery farm. It's what inspired their Michigan Woodland Gin. The delightful harmony in every bottle starts with Iron Fish estate grown winter wheat and deeply chilled aquifer well water. Adding in a bouquet of native botanicals, including concolor fir from Antioch Tree Farm. The juniper crispness is unmistakable, but it's balanced by notes from the concolor fir, coriander and citrus.
