Emperor Norton Absinthe

This premium absinthe is a perfect representation of the absinthe served all over Paris 150 years ago. It starts out as a brandy made from the finest California grapes and from there, it's infused and naturally colored with herbs from around the world. Raff Distillerie personally imports wormwood from 30 miles outside Pontarlier France, the home of absinthe. There are woody hints of wormwood and a gentle taste of anise and fennel seed, followed by floral and citrus undertones. This absinthe creates complex flavors not seen in other absinthe, just by using traditional herbs picked for their fresh and vibrant flavors.
