Sea Bishop Barreled Gin

A gin for whiskey drinkers. That's what Sea Bishop offers with their Barreled Gin. They rest their gin for four months, some in rye whiskey barrels, the rest into bourbon casks. The two barrels are blended for a spicy and floral gin. Notes of pepper are present from nose to finish, with interspersed hints of caramel, coffee, orange peel and cardamom, before ending on a taste of oak. It shares some characteristics of whiskey, but this craft spirit is definitely a gin.
