Solar Spirits Barrel-Finished Gin

Solar Spirits took a step away from the traditional approach used to make their London Dry Gin with their award-winning Barrel-Finished Gin. Distilled from a neutral cranberry spirit and infused with a select blend of botanicals, Solar's Barrel-Finished Gin is rested in oak barrels for two months. Notes of juniper are joined by flavors taken from the barrel aging process. Rich tones of oak, spice and vanilla dance wonderfully across the palate. It's amazing what a little rest can do.
