Barrel Finished Honey Spirits

Up North Distillery's Barrel Finished Honey Spirit is a gluten free craft spirit distilled from mead, and made from 100% pure honey (not flavored with honey.) It starts as an already spectacular honey spirit, and is then bourbon barrel aged until it turns a rich bronze color and becomes even more delicious than before. As some of that honey goodness leaks between the seams, a few new flavors manage to work their way in. This Barrel Finished Honey Spirit allows honey to head back to its fragrant roots, while a bit of oak and vanilla rounds things out.
