A special selection from the Whiskey Del Bac Distiller's Cut Spring 2021. To make this special spirit, the Arizona distillery takes their Classic single malt whiskey, which they modeled after Speyside Scotches, and finish it in Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks. The small batch whiskey opens with aromas of leath and roasted coffee beans, and finishes with ripened notes of stone fruit like plum and cherry.
