About FEW Spirits
Evanston, Illinois was once an established headquarters for the Temperance movement. But now, the Northern Chicago suburb is firmly on the otherside of the coin. Hidden in an alleyway is the unassuming entrance to FEW Spirits. Founder and Distiller Paul Hletko saw a vacant chop shop and transformed it into a distillery. Since 2011, FEW Spirits has been making award-winning whiskey and gin from grain to glass with a unique Chicagoland stamp.
