Quackenbush Stillhouse Silver Rum takes its name right out of the Albany history books. Named for Albany's first ever distillery, Albany Distilling Co. takes the methods of its predecessor and updates them. Using 100% fancy-grade molasses from the Caribbean, Albany Distilling does everything in-house. The rich flavor of the Caribbean molasses is sprinkled with bright tropical notes, leaving a long finish of creamy butterscotch.
