Distilled from a mash of corn, rye and malted barley, Barrel House Select is aged in #4 charred barrels. After its aging process, the distillers hand pick three different barrels and blend them, creating a unique profile. Caramel and cinnamon are present throughout the nose and palate of each swig, but notes of tobacco leaf, clove and black pepper bring you into the finish.
