Small Batch Gold Rum

It's been a long life of travels for Copper Run's Small Batch Gold Rum to make it to your bar cart. The buttery rum, made from brown sugar and blackstrap molasses, is aged in used casks that make two stops before Copper Run uses them. First, they're used for wine in France. Then they're sent to Missouri, where they store cream sherry. Finally, the emptied casks arrive at Copper Run, where they impart smooth, creamy notes of vanilla, caramel and creme brulee.
