Empress 1908 Gin was inspired by the legendary Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria, British Columbia. The small batch gin gets its trademark indigo hue from a signature blend of black tea, butterfly pea blossom and exotic herbs. Empress 1908 Gin is quite exquisite with a delicate balance of floral aromas, a warm herbal earthiness and a soft finish.
