At Falls Church Distillers, two types of molasses meet to create their Falls Rum. Black strap molasses is combined with raw molasses, then the combination is run through both a pot still and column still. The Virginia distiller's craft rum is then aged with slices of real vanilla beans in the bourbon barrels used to age their Church Bourbon. Double the molasses, double the flavor. You'll find a little bit of island living in every bottle.
