With their Straight Rye Whiskey, Flag Hill reinvigorates the oft forgotten style of Monongahela Rye. Made from a mash of 85% Flag Hill grown rye and 15% malted barley, Straight Rye Whiskey is aged in supremely small batches made up of four 53-gallon barrels. The New Hampshire farm distillery's small aging batches allow them to maintain a level of consistency while still being excited about what each release has in store.
