Sycamore 2 Year Ohio Straight Bourbon

Christian Waldschmidt was a businessman, Revolutionary War veteran and American pioneer. Not far from where Christian originally founded a town in Sycamore Township, Cincinnati Distilling is distilling a tribute to this American hero. Their Sycamore 2 Year Ohio Straight Bourbon Whiskey is distilled from corn, rye, malted barley and just a smidge of Ohio apple. Aged for two years in newly charred American Oak barrels, this bourbon's smooth notes of vanilla, caramel and oak are met by a slight spiciness.
