Diamond State Straight Rye Whiskey

Diamond State Whiskeys used to be made by Levy & Glosking Distillery when it was shut down before Prohibition. Painted Stave Distilling highlights its Delaware roots with Diamond State Straight Rye Whiskey. There is some corn added to the mash bill to contract the spicy rye with just a little bit of sweetness. Aged for two years in heavily charred white oak barrels, this award-winning craft rye whiskey showcases notes of honey, grass, apple, cardamom and white pepper.
