As a brewstillery, Sinister Distilling has access to a diverse grouping of ingredients. They put some of them to delicious use in the New Albany Gin. Distilled in small batches from malted barley, the Oregon distillery macerates seven different herbs and botanicals into the gin, including Santiam hops, an aromatic, European-style hop. Approachable and full of character, New Albany Gin has a strong floral nose, crisp juniper body and a clean, refreshing finish.
