As one half of Albany, Oregon's first brewstillery, Sinister Distilling loves to experiment. Look no further than their Sinner Series, where they experiment turning different beers into spirits. Experimental Batch no. 5 can best be described as an aged spirit. Made from a local chili beer, it's aged for five years in a new American Oak barrel. This batch is mellow and smooth with slight heat on the finish. It's perfect for Bloody Marys or any spicy cocktail.
