FirGin is a Catskill Mountainesque gin with the flavors of the Catskills in every bottle. Fir is from local Balsam and Norway Spruce trees. Fresh branches are harvested and macerated in high proof spirits to pull the flavor and aroma out of the trees and into the bottle. Other local flavors include wild ginseng, lavender, freshly harvested horseradish, along with a few other secret ingredients. And of course it wouldn't be Gin without the addition of Juniper.
