Viejo Indecente Espandin Mezcal

Viejo Indecente's Espandin Mezcal is naturally harvested and artisanal. It smells herbal but the taste is sweet and briney. The finish is smokeless with a hint of astringent. Both the Ensamble and the Espandin Mezcales are simultaneously cooked in a handcrafted steam oven, then fermented in tanks made from Montezuma wood. They are finished with a double distillation in copper alembics.
