Distilled from evaporated sugar cane juice, Vitae Spirits blends two rums that have been aged for over two years. One rum was aged in bourbon barrels, the other in barrels used for cabernet wine. The Distiller's Reserve has a soft combination of notes from butterscotch and cedar, to cherry tobacco and chocolate. Made in small, limited batches.
