Young & Yonder's Foragers gather 75 pounds of botanicals. Their Fellows distill it into craft absinthe. Fellows & Foragers Absinthe is Young & Yonder's award-winning modernization of the classic spirit. Traditional herbs like anise, fennel and wormwood are joined by others like peppermint and tarragon to create deep, rich flavors. Eleven botanicals in all are used in Fellows & Foragers. Classic absinthe notes are met with slightly sweet ginger for a smooth finish.
