To preserve the peak freshness of this limited small-batch gin, hand-plucked rose petals from Biltmore's Conservatory Rose Garden will be infused into the barreled rested spirit just days before it is bottled and released -- making this the freshest gin you can drink. Possessing a subtle pink hue from the wine barrel, this spirit features sweet nuances of pink & white rose, lemon cream, vanilla, ripe strawberry, and grapefruit peel.
